I am almost done with Acadia. I’m not a military sci-fi fan whatsoever.
But I started listening to this FREE AUDIOBOOK by Sterling Nixon, and was sucked into the story world.
It takes place in a futuristic American dystopia where the people have become warriors like Trojans and they are fighting off an assault of ‘roaches,’ which are a kind of alien insect species that has invaded earth. (I’ll never look at a beetle the same way again).
The narrator is bar none: Euon Morton, a Broadway star, brings an engaging level of excellence and professional drama to his performance. The story is keeping me up late into the night.
Sterling Nixon is giving away his AUDIOBOOK and/or his eBook for FREE in exchange for a review.
I don’t have to be asked twice to write this review.
The story is so clever, the world so enthralling, and the words so lyrical–I am sad that the story will almost be over (1 hour and 11 minutes left). My favorite thing is how lovely the words go together. Powerful and poetic.
Sterling Nixon’s generous promotion is to promote awareness for his book 2!
I’m so excited to hear the second book! Titan. I suspect I know what it’s about, too!
So, if you want to know what I’m all enthralled with, get yourself a copy here, free in exchange for a review:

Before I answer that, I’d like to hear what YOU think. Why doesn’t the song mention Christ?
Looking forward to hearing your answer!

From the Desk of Darlene N. Böcek 🔥 Faith-Forged Fantastical Fiction 🔥 How’s Your Heart, Reader? When I was a young adult, newly married, newly teaching, new to everything really, the pastor’s wife of our new church asked me one day: “How’s your heart?” and I found it a very interesting BUT prying 👀 question. But as I’ve matured, I have come see it as a question that we SHOULD ask ourselves. Instead of “How are you doing?” we should ask: “How’s your heart?” In this newsletter I surely don’t…
