Are you one of my readers who voted that you love to read Christian books and listen to audiobooks. Then this is for you! Just in time for 🎄CHRISTMAS IN JULY! One special thing about this audiobook is the amazing narration talent of Garan Patrick, a fellow believer from California. It also features the talented voice artist, Eden Gabay, performing our Christmas pageant songs. It’s a true production, not just a reading. I hope you’ll support the project and download the book. If you don’t have Audible, you can get the audiobook as a free download with your new membership. GET THAT HERE (affiliate link). Reader Reviews of The Last Noel🏆 🏆 The harsh reality of dealing with life when its uncertain and disappointing. A feeling you just can’t shake off. I could feel the weight of Reuben dragging himself over a rough path he does not want to go down. But there is the glimmer of hope, with a hand reaching out to help…
🏆 🏆 The best part is the transparent portrayal of what all believers need to grapple with. We trust the goodness of God but we don’t understand all his ways. Very well written.
More Book NewsAlso, you’ll maybe notice the different cover. I’ve been neck-deep working with my cover designer on a rebrand of the Return to Me series. I’ve been also knee-deep with the building project in my day job here in Izmir. From choosing the floor tiles and faucets to finding the dishwashers and fridges, and now to planning a project for outfitting the media center–lots on my plate. We have such great dreams for our Izmir Protestant Church ministry center–imagining how we will be able to use each of the six floors for outreach and church growth. Our hope blending with faith also reminds me of this verse… Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses]. Hebrews 11:1 (Amplified Bible)

Is it time to Quit?
From the Desk of Darlene N. Böcek Faith-building Sci-fi Fantasy Stories When to Quit. Vera Morales (from the Return to Me book 2) reminds me that it’s easy to give up. Even when we have a great vision for what we want for our lives, sometimes we reach the tipping point where throwing in the towel seems so much more preferable. But in Vera’s Story, though she’s an optimist, life situations just gets to be too much for her. Some countries encourage suicide in hopeless situations. There’s a case…
