“Silent Gen Faces:
(ages 76+) These adults are retired. They are probably widowed or dealing with sicknesses. They have even possibly lost a son, daughter, or grandchildren to sickness or accident.
The children of the “silent generation” are very busy in their own homes and careers, and their grandchildren are getting married and having children. They are doing their best to enjoy their lives and are increasingly dependent on their children for help.
Studies teach them they must keep their minds active in order to not lose their memories, so they are active doing crosswords, Sudoku, and reading or listening to audiobooks (if their eyesight has given out). They often have trouble with transportation so are not able to attend church or social events as much as they’d like.
